Sports centers resume their work in the republic, but it will be possible to visit them, bearing in mind the restrictions. So, employees and trainers will have to train in medical masks.
Visitors should be prepared for the fact that they will train without visiting the locker rooms and showers, as well as the pools in the centers in which they are.
Moreover, in the gym it will be necessary to maintain a social distance of at least one meter. Mass visits are prohibited; during the training session, a clearly-limited group of people will be indoors.
But not everything is as scary as it seems at first glance. If you take preventive measures, then neither the COVID-19 coronavirus, nor any other bacteria or viruses are terrible.
You can still safely go to the gym, because, according to scientists, a new type of virus does not have the ability to be transmitted through sweating during training.
The transmission of coronavirus mainly occurs by airborne droplets in the air from coughing and sneezing people. You can become infected by touching a surface contaminated with COVID-19, and then touching your mouth, nose, or eyes with dirty hands. Therefore, personal hygiene and sanitary safety measures become the cornerstone in such training conditions.
The administration is obliged to process all sports equipment in the centers opened in Moldova with disinfectants after each individual training.
